Royal Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home care for children across Queens and Nassau County. We're committed to providing flexible schedules, competitive pay, and the supportive environment clinicians deserve.

What You'll Do

Conduct evaluations to assess motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver in-home therapy focused on developmental milestones and independence
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary care teams
Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly and thoroughly

✅ Who You Are

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York State
Pediatric experience required (home care, early intervention, school-based, etc.)
Strong communication and family coaching skills
Reliable transportation for community-based visits
Able to work independently and flexibly

Pay & Benefits

$105,000+ salary or $75 per visit (higher rates for complex cases)
